Refund and Return Policy

At PulseEasePro, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, here's our refund policy:

✅ Returns Period: You have up to 15 days from receipt of the product to request a refund.
✅ Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
✅ Process: To request a refund, contact us at pulseeasepro@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.
✅ Exceptions: We do not accept returns of used products for hygiene reasons.

📌 Refunds: Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5 days to your original payment method.
